The PERFECT summer brekky that not only tastes delicious, but is packed with protein! You HAVE to try these Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats!
Serves 1:
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Serve cold as a snack or as a breakfast.
